Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized use of Hermes Google integrations operated for Almighty Tools.

Authorized use

Hermes is intended for Almighty Tools and expressly authorized users. A user must have permission to access each connected Google account and must comply with applicable law and Google policies.

Service purpose

Hermes provides user-authorized reporting, analysis, document workflows, communication, scheduling, content management, diagnostics, and account operations. Available functions depend on the specific Google permissions granted by the user.

Restrictions

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse retrieved information, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use Hermes for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Some functions depend on Google APIs and other infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms may affect Hermes functionality.

No warranty

Hermes is provided on an as-available basis. Material business, advertising, financial, or account decisions should be reviewed by an authorized person.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect users or systems, address misuse, or comply with law or platform policy. Users may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account.
