Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hermes, an integration platform operated for Almighty Tools, handles information received through Google APIs.

Information accessed

Depending on the module a user authorizes, Hermes may access data from Google Ads, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, Search Console, Merchant Center, and related Google services. The OAuth consent screen identifies the exact permissions requested before access is granted.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to provide the user-requested integration: reporting, analysis, document and spreadsheet operations, communication, scheduling, content management, or account administration. Hermes does not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train public or generalized AI models.

Disclosure and human access

Information is shared only with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, when necessary to deliver a requested function, or when legally required. Human access is limited to authorized personnel when needed for security, support, compliance, or a user-requested operation.

Storage, protection, and retention

OAuth tokens and necessary operational data are stored in access-controlled server systems. We apply role-based access and operational safeguards. Data is retained only as needed for the authorized function, security, auditing, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

User control

Users may revoke Hermes access through their Google Account security settings. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to assist@thealmightytools.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy as the integrations or applicable requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
